By creating an account or using PropWatch, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

PropWatch is a maintenance tracking tool for drone propellers. It helps you record installations, estimated flight hours, calendar age, impacts, and replacement history.

PropWatch provides reminders and status indicators only. It does not inspect your aircraft, replace parts, or certify airworthiness.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining your aircraft and propellers in a safe condition.
• Performing visual inspections before and after flight.
• Following manufacturer guidance and applicable regulations.
• Replacing damaged or worn propellers when required.
• Ensuring the information you enter into PropWatch is accurate.

PropWatch is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee that reminders, notifications, or status calculations will always be accurate, complete, or delivered on time.

Webhook delivery depends on your configuration, network conditions, and third-party infrastructure. A missed notification does not remove your obligation to inspect equipment and maintain safe operations.

We do not guarantee protection against hardware failures, software defects, service interruptions, or data loss beyond reasonable efforts to operate the service reliably.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PropWatch and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We are not liable for damages, losses, injuries, or operational disruption resulting from missed reminders, incorrect estimates, delayed notifications, reliance on the service, or failure to inspect or replace equipment.

Your use of PropWatch does not replace professional maintenance judgment or manufacturer instructions.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to access another user's data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, including through automated abuse or excessive requests.
• Reverse engineer or misuse the application except where permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being abused, used unlawfully, or creating risk to the service or other users.

We may update PropWatch over time, including features, limits, and underlying infrastructure.

We may revise these Terms when necessary. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
